Have you ever walked into a house or condo and wondered how you could turn it into something SPECTACULAR?      You find the perfect location, awesome price, but something else is missing.......not quite loving the property you want to love?       You recognize a potential in the property but cannot visualize the finished product?          I have the solution.       There have been so many times I see  buyers struggle to a decision to buy or not to buy, all based on the "how can I do this  because I want to" approach.

I have found a solution for buyers that have a hard time to decide.     Here is how my system works, and this is developed by me, it is a FREE service to you, to help make your decision much easier.

Step 1 - I help you locate, search and make a list of the properties you are most interested in.  This is based entirely on what YOU want, where YOU want to live, how much YOU want to pay, and so on.

Step 2 - I will then book all the viewings for the properties on the list.  ( Depending on the amount of properties, this will be divided into different days).

Step 3 - After all the properties on the list have been viewed - and this again will depend on the how many days and how many properties we view together - we narrow it down to your most favourites, and create a tiny list of the ones you want to view for the second time.

Step 4 - On the day we do a second walk through, for the properties you are now comparing before you make an offer,  this is where my system comes in, I will bring in my "buyer s Helper".

Step 5 - My Buyer's helper is here for you to use, ask questions, and receive honest feedback and input into the properties you require help to decide on.      He might help you to decide against a property or to help you recognize the great potential in the property.     His opinion is unbiased, and the primary concern is to help you!

You cannot create talent, people are just born with it.     For example, You find a home with the most unique rooms or odd corners you do not know what to do with, or the flooring is mix- matched, or what ever the difficulty is with the house in question.     You love many qualities about the house, you want it, but something or something(s) are bugging you and you just do not know how to deal with it, without paying extra money to hire someone to help you.      This is where my system comes into play.    I want you to be happy with your purchase.    I don't want  you to choose a property and months later  you wish you never bought it.      My goal is to help you!
