Communication.

Communicating with clients is very important.   Clarity of topic, ensuring both parties understand what is happening and how things are working, are vital to an excellent business relationship.  Seems simple, but yet one party always seems to get things a little twisted.

Just wanted to send a little FYI.  Take the time to communicate and not rush anything.
